Bars represent mean ± SEM from independent experiments. The number of independent experiments for each condition (n) is shown in the figure. 80–100 animals per condition per experiment were used. A Two-tailed Student’s t test (versus same strain without TA) was used. hid-1 expression in the intestine in hid-1 mutants restores the negative impact of tyramine on oxidative and heat stress resistance.
