Long-Term Regulation of PLK4 Protein Levels

Rat adventitial fibroblast cells were cultured and starved as described in Figure 1. Cells were pretreated for 30 min with vehicle or an inhibitor for (A) PDGFR, (B) P38, (C) MEK/ERK, (D) JNK, (E) PI3K, or (F) mTOR at indicated concentrations and stimulated for 24 h with AA (60 ng/ml) before harvest for Western blot analysis.
