Rat primary adventitial fibroblasts were cultured, starved, and pretreated with vehicle (DMSO) or PLK4-selective inhibitor CenB (1 μmol/l, 30 min), and then stimulated with solvent or AA (60 ng/ml) before harvest for Western blotting.
