Pre-mRNA alternative splicing of RD29A, RD29B, RD20, and ADH1 upon salinity stress. Seven-day-old wild-type (WT), se-1(SE), and se-1 seedlings were treated with NaCl for 24 h, and their total RNA was then extracted.
