Atxn1154Q/2Q mice and wild-type littermate controls were treated with chlorzoxazone-baclofen in water bottles starting at 13 weeks of age. (A) Grip strength was measured in Atxn1154Q/2Q mice and wild-type littermate controls at 14 weeks of age using a hanging wire task.
