The numbers are the Log2 values of ratios of P12 or P8 cells to P4 cells. Negative values indicate that the genes are present in higher amounts in the P4 group, while positive values indicate that the genes are present in higher amounts in the P12 or P8 group. The number 1 indicates two-fold increase.
