The experimental groups were represented control (C, n = 6), exercise (E, n = 6), sham without exercise (S, n = 6), sham with exercise (SE, n = 6), osteoarthritis without exercise (OA, n = 6), and osteoarthritis with exercise (OAE, n = 6). Statistically significant differences compared to: ^aC; ^bE, ^dSE, p < 0.05.
