Flupirtine suppresses TMPRSS-dependent infection of SARS-CoV-2 Spike-pseudotyped lentiviral particles. VeroE6 cells and VeroE6 cells transfected with TMPRSS-2 expressing vector were treated with Flupirtine at indicated concentrations followed by infection with SARS-CoV-2 Spike-pseudotyped lentiviral particles containing luciferase reporter.
