Repressive effects of HW on hydrogen peroxide-stimulated adipogenesis in 3D subcutaneous adipose equivalents. 3D equivalents were constructed as described in Materials and Methods. The 3D equivalents were cultivated in DDW- or HW-prepared KSR medium with or without H₂O₂ (5 µM) for 4 days. At the end of cultivation, the tissue was fixed with 10% formalin and subjected to the frozen section. The lipid droplets were stained with Oil Red O dye.
