Human PR increased ALDH activity and CD133 expression in OvCa cells. (AD) OvCa cells treated for 5 days with or without 10% PR were dissociated into single-cell suspensions by trypsinization, and then ALDH activity and CD133 expression were evaluated by means of flow cytometry.
