PR increased OvCa cell viability and survival after drug treatment. OvCa cells were cultured for 5 days with PR (10%) on poly-HEMA-coated wells to form spheroids. Then, cells were treated with CDDP, CBDCA and PTX. After 72 h of drug treatment, OvCa spheroids were dissociated into single-cell suspensions by trypsinization and the number of viable cells was evaluated.
