Differences in the phenology of Crocus species grown ex situ. One-hundred-and-twelve accessions of seven species from the collection of the BGV were assayed (Table S2). For each species, the mean value among the accessions of the number of days from 1 August (planting date) until 50% of the plants reach the phenological stage is represented. Twenty plants of each accession were measured. Different letters indicate significant differences (p < 0.05) among species.
