Biopsy side down aspiration approach in a 63-year-old male. (A) A 19-G puncture needle was inserted into the lesion for biopsy. (B) A small amount of pneumothorax was developed. (C) The patient was turned to the biopsy side down position for aspiration when the pneumothorax progressed into moderate or large volume. (D) The pneumothorax almost completely disappeared after the manual aspiration.
