Genetic differentiation among blueberry genotypes by analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) based on seven groups, where four groups were comprised of wild clones collected from four Canadian provinces, the fifth group had all six cultivars, the sixth group contained 11 hybrids from the first cross (HB1–11), and the seventh group contained 17 hybrids from the second cross (HB12–28).
