The figure illustrates all the matched pathways arranged by p-values (y-axis; pathway enrichment analysis) and the pathway impact values (x-axis; pathway topology analysis). Each node is coloured according to its corresponding p-values, with the node sizes determined according to their impact values. The graph thus illustrates the pathways with high impact: linoleic acid (C18:2, n-6) pathway, phenylalanine and stilbenoid biosynthesis, and the pathways with high statistical significance: phenylpropanoid, phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis.
