Effects of ZVS-08 and compounds 1 and 8 on the growth of MCF-7 (A) and Panc1 cells (B). ZVS-08 and compound 1 inhibited the growth of MCF-7 cells with IC50 of 6.8 (95% CI: 5.14–9.38 µM) and 5.48 µM (95% CI: 4.51–6.76 µM). Compound 8 was ineffective at the concentrations tested. None of the compounds inhibited the growth of Panc1 cells significantly at concentration below 10 µM, and an IC50 could only be determined for compound 1 (over 30 µM).
