Neuroprotective effects of diaportheone A1 and diaportheone A2 on H₂O₂-induced neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells. The SH-SY5Y cells treated with the compounds only were incubated for 24 h. For the H₂O₂-treated cells, the SH-SY5Y cells were incubated with the compounds for 6 h, followed by H₂O₂-treatment (100 μM) for 24 h. Results indicate % cell viability vs. the control cells (mean ± SEM, n = 3). Statistical difference (p < 0.05) using one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test of the % cell viability versus the H₂O₂-treated (100 μM) alone group (*) or the control group (#).
