Example of the gating strategy for the evaluation of Treg SI for CD4+ cells. Treg cells were isolated using magnetic separation. For the suppression assay, PBMCs labeled with CFSE and Tregs were co-cultured in 1:1 ratio in different conditions of stimulation during 4 days.
