Mice were fed either ad libitum (AL) or a caloric-restricted diet (CR, 60% of ad libitum) for 68 weeks. Significance of differences between the groups was tested by unpaired student t-test, followed by Bonferroni correction with p threshold of 0.0166: *** p ≤ 0.001 vs. AL.
