MYXV infection reduces the viability of pancreatic cancer cells. Pancreatic cancer cell (Panc-1, AsPC-1 and Pan02) ADSCs, as well as RK13 (1 × 104 cells/well), were infected with vMyx-mLIGHT-FLuc/tdTr at four various MOIs (0.1; 1; 5 and 10) and analyzed for cell viability using the MTS assay at (a) 24 h and (b) 48 h post-infection. The assays were performed in triplicate; error bars shown are means ± SD.
