KRL prevents DOX-induced cardiac oxidative stress. (A) Cells were treated with KRL (15 μmol) for 2 h prior to DOX (0.25 µmol) stimulation for 24 h. Changes in 3-nitrotyrosine (3-NT) and 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal (4-HNE) protein levels of mitochondria were monitored by Western blotting. (B) The activation of total Nrf2, HO-1, and NQO-1 was examined by Western blotting.
