Comprehensive neuropsychological testing was performed at baseline and then at 6 months, 2, and 3 years after EBV-specific T cell therapy. Mean ± standard deviation (number of participants assessed). For the first 11 parameters a higher score indicates better performance. In contrast, for the RT parameters a higher score represents a worse performance, and a higher BDI score represents more depressive symptoms. The results for the Simple, Choice and Semantic RT Tests in participant 6 were disregarded at all time points because of impaired manual dexterity. At years 2 and 3 participant 9 was unable to hold a pencil and therefore could not complete the BVMT-TL and BVMT-DR. The results for the Simple RT Test in participant 13 at year 2 were disregarded owing to an error in the administration of the test.
