(b) Signature events generated during the translocation of DNA-AA@CB [6] through α-HL with various counterions (Li⁺, Na⁺, K⁺) in cis/trans chambers. Data was acquired in 10 mM Tris buffer, pH 8.0, with the transmembrane potential held at +200 mV. The concentration of hybrid DNA is 0.5 μM.
