Each data point represents one technical replicate from one experiment, representative of three to five independent experiments. Means for each concentration of chemoattractant were compared with t tests (two-sided) using the Holm-Sidak correction for multiple comparisons. Data distribution was assumed to be normal, but this was not formally tested. **, P < 0.01.
