The NO flux release from the SNAP, 1 wt% Cu-SNAP and 3 wt% Cu-SNAP films at 24th hour prior to exposing them to the bacteria (left most bars). Post bacterial exposure individually with Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) and Staphylococcus aureus (SA) for a period of 24 h, the NO flux released was measured again and found to be in the physiological range. P-values < 0.05 were used for comparison. The error bar represents standard deviation.
