The GPR43 agonist displays anti-adhesive properties in AIEC LF82-infected mice

CEABAC10 mice were infected with AIEC LF82 and treated orally by gavage with 5 mg/kg/d GPR43 agonist or vehicle only. (a) AIEC LF82 quantification in the feces of mice treated with the GPR43 agonist compared to mice treated with vehicle 2 days post infection (n = 8 for each group).
