Kaplan–Meier analysis showing correlations between SIGLEC expression LUAD patient OS. Decreased SIGLEC1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/11/16 mRNA levels were significantly associated with poor OS (p < 0.05). SIGLEC9/14/15 did not show significant prognostic values.
