miR-15a-5p targets TRIF and represses TRIF-mediated antiviral responses, thereby regulating viral replication. circDtx1 acts as a molecular sponge regulating miR-15a-5p to enhance TRIF expression, thereby maintaining the stability of antiviral responses and ensuring appropriate inflammatory responses.
