MTT assay showing the effects of soy isoflavones loaded 3DP TCP bone tissue engineering scaffolds for in vitro osteoblast cell proliferation in a static condition at day 3, 7 and 11. Daidzein, being osteogenic increased the hFOB cell viability in day 3, 7 and 11. The combined release of all three isoflavones showed the highest cell viability among all compositions. [* denotes p-value <0.05, ** denotes p-value <0.001, significant difference between control and test sample]. [Control: 3D TCP: 3D printed porous TCP scaffold]
