Essential role of Nlrp3 inflammasome in DENV rEIII-induced NETosis. After challenged (1 h) by TPA (2 nM) and DENV rEIII (0.6 μM), the images of DAPI (nucleus DNA staining) and citrullinated histone H3 (CitH3; NETosis marker) staining of NETosis formation of neutrophils from wild type (A), Nlrp3 null (Nlrp3^−/−) (B), and caspase 1 null (Casp1^−/−) (C) mouse were showed.
