Representative HRCT images with common appearance and co-existence of cysts with irregularly thickened walls. (A,B) A 39-year-old female with S-LAM. She had a left pneumothorax and the diagnosis was made histopathologically. Some of the cysts had irregularly thickened walls showing a “dot-like appearance”. (C) A 39-year-old female with S-LAM. Lung parenchymal radiolucency around the cysts with irregularly thickened walls in the left lung decreased compared to the right lung, suggesting lymphatic congestion in the left lung. The diagnosis of LAM was made histopathologically.
