We show ORs for the comparison of genetic high-risk versus low-risk individuals (GRS≥7.5 versus GRS≤5.5). Associations are adjusted for age, sex and baseline eGFRcrea for Rapid3 and CKDi25 and adjusted for matching variables age-group and sex as well as quantitative age for ESKD and AKI.
