rPLTP inactivation was performed at 60°C for 3 hours and PLTP activity was completely blocked. A total 250μL Human platelet (1×108/ml) was incubated with active rPLTP or inactive rPLTP (10 μg) at room temperature for 10 min, then, incubated with His-Tab Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated antibody at room temperature for 15 min, and then subjected to flow cytometry with a FACSCalibur (BD Pharmingen).
