Antibody levels from each vaccine arm. Vaccine dosing refers to the amount of target antigen (16 μg, 47 μg Pfs25; 5 μg, 15 μg, 40 μg Pfs230D1) contained in the total conjugate vaccine dose administered to that study arm. Vaccinations were performed on days 0 and 28 at escalating doses (n = 5/arm). Day 42 values were analyzed by separate Wilcoxon rank sum tests with continuity correction (A vs F, B vs G, and A vs B). Comparisons among C, D, and E were done using the Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test.
