Effect of compound 11l on RT activity in vitro. Compound 11l (0.2 μM) does not affect RT activity as compared to the DMSO control (1%). TMC278/Rilpivirine was used as a positive control at 0.73 nM (IC50). The assay was performed using a calorimetric RT assay developed by Roche.
