Cell viability after 5-aminolevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) with or without triacsin C. Cells were treated with triacsin C alone for 48 h and then co-cultured with triacsin C and ALA for 24 h. Cells were irradiated with 14.2 mW/cm² light for 5 min.
