Unilateral subconjunctival fat prolapse in a 67-year-old man. Precontrast axial CT scan shows the herniated fat at the superotemporal aspect of the right epibulbar area (arrow). As in Fig 1, the prolapsed fat is continuous with the intraconal fat and lies between the lateral wall of the eyeball medially and the lateral rectus muscle and the lacrimal gland laterally.
