Circulating levels of cytokines, chemokines and growth factors in children with asymptomatic, mild and moderate to severe COVID-19

The plasma levels of IFNγ, IL-2, TNFα, IL-1α, IFNβ, IL-6, IL-17A, IL-10, CXCL10 and VEGF were measured in children with moderate to severe (n = 5), children with mild (n = 22) and asymptomatic (n = 5). The data are represented as scatter plots with each circle representing a single individual. P values were calculated using the Kruskal—Wallis test with Dunn's post—hoc for multiple comparisons.
