Radiation dose distribution and sites of intracranial failure (ICF) in two patients with peri-hippocampal recurrences after hippocampal-avoidance prophylactic cranial irradiation. Patient (A) was a 73-year-old man, and ICF developed 17 months after HA-PCI. Patient (B) was a 60-year-old man, and ICF developed 3 months after HA-PCI.
