Sweroside inhibited hypoxia/reoxygenation (HR)-induced oxidative stress. H9c2 cells were pretreated with 50 μM of sweroside for 24 h and then underwent HR. (A) Reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cells was detected using 2′,7′-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA). (B) Measurement of malondialdehyde (MDA) content.
