P-values are calculated as result of multiple comparison of participants PMN-MDSC % in PBMCs between aparasitemic and parasitemic participants corrected for the different days analyzed. PMN-MDSC percentage at time points labeled with (*) in parasitemic were compared to the respective control measurement performed at time point C+14 from aparasitemic volunteers (**).
