RNA-seq data were obtained from the GSE92592 dataset. (B) Transcript levels of FOXL1 in lung fibroblast lines derived from normal subjects (n = 14) and lung fibroblast lines derived from patients with IPF (n = 3). Quantitative RT-PCR was performed, and relative expression levels were normalized to those of GAPDH. (C) IHC for vimentin and FOXL1 in IPF lung tissue. Two different IPF cases are presented.
