Genomic analysis of matched primary and recurrent tumors. (A) Genomic characterization of 9 matched primary and recurrent tumors. In 8 cases, tumors underwent anaplastic transformation upon recurrence. (B) Analysis of distinct areas of low‐grade and high‐grade morphology in A‐PXA. DNA was extracted and analyzed independently from histologically low‐grade and high‐grade areas within the same tumor.
