Peripheral T‐cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (PTCL‐NOS) classification from multiple aspects. Two master transcriptional factors, GATA3 and TBX21, divide PTCL‐NOS into two groups with a different clinical course. Genetically, PTCL‐NOS is classified into three groups. T follicular helper (TFH)‐related genes represent TET2, RHOA, IDH2, and DNMT3A. Signatures of microenvironmental immune cells stratify PTCL‐NOS prognosis.
