Silencing RIPK4 restrains OC cell migration and invasion. (a) RT-PCR was performed to assess the expression of RIPK4 in OC and normal ovarian cells. (b) RIPK4 silencing was carried out by using siRNA in SKOV3 and OVCAR3 cells.
