Antiviral, inflammatory cytokine and chemokine secretion is exacerbated by IFN-λ3. Macrophages differentiated with IFN-λ3 display enhanced cytokine secretion in response to KDO, poly I:C and zymosan (n=6–8/treatment). IFNs and IFN-stimulated cytokine IL-15 (A), pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines (B) and chemokines (C).
