The effect of expression levels of miR-184 on nerve cell viability and apoptosis. Human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells with or without miR-184 lentivirus transduction were challenged with oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R) to induce ischemia-reperfusion injury in vitro. Cell viability, apoptosis and miR-184 expression were detected using CCK-8 assay, flow cytometry and qRT-PCR. (A) Relative expression of miR-184 in human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells.
