High Asn1 protein level results in Asn1 foci in diauxic phase. URA7-GFP GAL-ASN1-MCHERRY and GAL-ASN1-GFP ASN2-MCHERRY cells were grown in medium containing galactose. URA7-GFP GAL-ASN1-MCHERRY strain was generated from URA7-GFP ASN1-MCHERRY strain by inserting Gal promoter before the Asn1 coding sequence.
