Ultrafiltration ratio: obtained from the formula [IDWG (mL/treatment time (h)]/post-dialysis weight (kg).

Urea reduction ratio and β2-microglobulin reduction ratio are obtained from the formula [(Solute)pre − (Solute)post/(Solute)pre] × 100.
