Estimates of cumulative risk of developing CRC from age 40 to 75 y defined by HLS [HLS1 (A) and HLS2 (B)] and PRS among all cohort members in the UK Biobank. Cumulative risk was adjusted for age at enrollment, sex, education, Townsend deprivation index, bowel screening, family history, top 5 principal components for ancestry, genotyping batch, and birth cohort. To estimate the RERI, the healthiest HLS and the lowest genetic risk (low PRS) groups were used as the reference.
